Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal details RO Trust India (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and when you book a service, how we use them, and the choices you have. It is written to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using this website or sending us a request, you agree to this policy. Please also read our terms and conditions.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by RO Trust India, which provides RO water purifier servicing, repair, installation, AMC plans, new purifiers and spare parts. For any privacy question or request, contact us by email at antriksh@psyber.co or call +91 99300 90487.

2. What we collect

Details you give us. When you send a booking or enquiry form, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you share, such as:

  • your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address;
  • your area, PIN code and the service address for a visit;
  • your purifier brand and model, the problem you are facing, and a preferred visit date and time;
  • for business requests, your business name and site details;
  • any message or photos you choose to send us.

Details we record during service. When a technician visits, we keep a record of the work done, parts fitted, readings taken (such as TDS), the amount billed and how it was paid, and any AMC plan you hold.

Technical details. With each form we record which page it was sent from and the date and time. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, as explained in section 8.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, passwords, bank or card details, or government ID numbers through this website.

3. How we use your details

  • To contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To schedule and carry out service visits, repairs, installations and uninstallations.
  • To prepare quotations for purifiers, spare parts, AMC plans and commercial RO plants.
  • To manage your AMC plan, including reminders for scheduled visits and filter changes.
  • To issue bills and keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax records.
  • To handle complaints, warranty claims and follow-up service.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
  • To measure how the website is used, so we can improve its pages and content.

We use your details only with your consent, which you give when you send us a request, or where the law otherwise allows it. We will not send you promotional messages unrelated to your request unless you separately agree, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where needed to serve you:

  • Our technicians and staff, who need your name, number and address to carry out the visit.
  • WhatsApp: if you choose WhatsApp, the website opens WhatsApp with your request already written. Nothing is sent until you press Send, and the message then goes from your own WhatsApp account to our business number. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its privacy policy applies to that message.
  • Email delivery: if you choose email, your request is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service that processes it on our behalf.
  • Google Analytics, operated by Google, which receives usage data from this website as described in section 8.
  • Service providers such as our website host and email provider, only to the extent needed to run their service for us.
  • Manufacturers or authorised partners, only where needed to process a warranty claim you ask us to make.
  • Government or legal authorities, where we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. If you become a customer, we keep service and billing records for as long as your AMC or warranty is active and for any longer period required by tax and accounting laws. After that, we delete the details or make them anonymous.

6. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your details, including limiting access to people who need it for your job and using secure (HTTPS) connections on this website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will act promptly and inform you as required by law if a breach affects your data.

7. Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
  • raise a grievance with us, as described below.

To use any of these rights, email antriksh@psyber.co from the address or with the mobile number you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to see how visitors find and use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and the approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. We use this information only in summary form to improve the website; it is not used to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google processes this data under its own terms and may store it on servers outside India. You can learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services. To stop Google Analytics collecting data about your visits, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website will continue to work if you do.

We do not set advertising cookies. Your browser may also store small settings needed for the site to work.

9. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

11. Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, email antriksh@psyber.co with the subject “Privacy grievance”. We will acknowledge it promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be shown on this page before they take effect.
