Details that make an installation last
Rushed installations cause most early leaks and pressure problems. Here is what we take care of.
Before we arrive: keep a power socket within reach of the purifier position, and access to the inlet line and a drain.
- Position chosen for easy access, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Inlet pressure checked; booster or pressure regulator advised if needed
- Secure wall or counter mounting
- Inlet tap, drain line and power connected neatly
- Initial flush to clear the new filters and membrane
- Leak test on every joint
- Input and output TDS reading, set to a comfortable level
- Quick demo: indicators, tank, and when to call for service

About installation
Will you install a purifier I bought online?
Yes. Share the brand and model when booking so the technician brings any fittings the kit may not include.
Do I need to drill into tiles?
Wall-mounted units need two or three screws. If you prefer not to drill, a counter-top or under-sink position can usually be arranged.
How long does installation take?
Most home installations take about an hour, including the flush and testing.
