FAQs

About repairs

Can you repair a purifier of any brand?

We work on most common domestic purifiers. Parts availability can vary for older or rare models, so tell us the brand and model when booking.

Is it worth repairing an old purifier?

Often, yes. Many faults come down to a filter, valve or adapter. If the repair would cost close to a new unit, the technician will say so and you can decide.

Can the repair be done the same day?

Most repairs are completed on the first visit when the part is available. Slot availability depends on your area.
