Scope of work
What plant maintenance covers
Each visit follows a checklist, and readings are recorded so you can see how the plant is performing over time.
- Raw and treated water TDS, flow and pressure readings
- Sand / multi-media and carbon filter backwash checks
- Micron cartridge filter inspection and replacement
- Antiscalant dosing check and refill
- Membrane performance review and chemical cleaning when required
- Pumps, control panel, switches and valves inspected
- UV / post-treatment checks and storage tank hygiene advice
- Service log shared after every visit
Do you maintain plants installed by other companies?
In most cases, yes. We start with an inspection to understand the plant’s design and condition, then propose a maintenance schedule.
How often should a commercial plant be serviced?
It depends on capacity, running hours and raw water quality. Many plants are serviced monthly or quarterly; high-load plants may need more frequent checks.
Do you offer commercial AMCs?
Yes. Commercial AMCs are quoted per site after an inspection.
