What’s included
A complete check, not just a filter swap
A standard service covers the whole purifier. Parts are replaced only if they need to be, and only after you agree.
- Input and output TDS measured and noted
- Sediment and carbon filters inspected, cleaned or replaced
- RO membrane flushed and its performance checked
- Storage tank drained, cleaned and sanitised
- UV lamp / UF membrane checked, where fitted
- Pump, adapter, valves and pipes checked for wear and leaks
- Outer body cleaned and the unit tested before handover
How often
A typical service schedule
These are common intervals. Hard water and heavy use shorten them; we will tell you what your purifier actually needs.

How long does a service take?
A routine service on a home purifier usually takes under an hour. If parts need replacing, it may take a little longer.
Do I need to buy filters in advance?
No. Share your purifier brand and model when booking and the technician will bring compatible filters, which are replaced only if needed and with your approval.
Is servicing covered if my purifier is under warranty?
Manufacturer warranties often have their own terms. Tell us when booking and we will advise.
Can I get regular servicing without booking each time?
Yes, that is what an AMC plan is for. Visits are scheduled for you through the year.
