Borewell and groundwater
Groundwater picks up minerals from rock, so dissolved solids and hardness are often high and change from area to area.

See all FAQsHow often should an RO purifier be serviced?
For most homes, a service every 3 to 6 months keeps the purifier in good shape. If your water is very hard or comes from a borewell or tanker, the pre-filters clog sooner and may need attention more often.
How often do filters and the RO membrane need changing?
As a general guide, sediment and carbon filters are often replaced every 6 to 12 months and the RO membrane every 1 to 3 years. Your water quality and daily use make the biggest difference, which is why we check before recommending a change.
Do you service all purifier brands?
We service most common domestic purifier brands. Share your brand and model when booking so the technician brings compatible parts.
Will I know the cost before the work starts?
Yes. The technician checks the purifier, explains what needs doing and shares the price. Work starts only after you agree.
Should I choose a mineral or alkaline purifier?
Both start with RO. Mineral purifiers add back minerals mainly for taste; alkaline purifiers also raise the pH slightly. If you are unsure, read our guides to mineral RO and alkaline purifiers, or ask our team.
